A marketplace connecting ambitious young people with industry experts — career advice, mentorship, coaching and networking that most young people never get access to.
“Around 1 in 8 UK young people aged 16–24 are NEET — and most of them simply lack access to professional networks and guidance.”
Careers are still decided by who you happen to know. The Search Network puts a real industry expert within reach of any young person willing to ask.

Guidance you can actually use.
Choosing a career, preparing for interviews, getting a foot in the door — talk to someone who has done it.
Founders, executives, directors, VPs, partners and C-suite leaders — turn the career you built into income, influence and impact, on a flexible schedule.
Additional income — keep 80% of every consultation
For schools, universities and graduate employers: student access, career workshops, expert webinars and employer branding — sold directly to institutions.
Launch offer — the first 1,000 students, plus ambassadors and society leaders, get premium membership free.
05 — INCLUSION
No one priced out of a better career.
Subsidised memberships and consultations exist so that background never decides who gets guidance. If cost is the barrier, the network is built to remove it.

08 — QUESTIONS
Asked, answered.
Ambitious young people — students, graduates and early-career professionals — who want real guidance, and the industry experts, founders and executives willing to give it.
Browse expert profiles and ratings, book a video consultation at a flat £40 fee, and meet 1-to-1. No subscription is required for a one-off consultation.
Experts keep 80% of every consultation fee — £32 of every £40 — with the platform keeping 20%. It is a flexible commercial arrangement, on the expert’s schedule.
Subsidised memberships and consultations are available for people on low household incomes, first-generation students, unemployed applicants, and those referred by a charity or school.
